Applications are made available several weeks before each funding session at informational sessions, the dates of which are listed below. For more information on Organizational Funding, please call (859) 622-1724, and ask for either the Executive Vice President or the Appropriations Chair.

Funding applications due: September 30th, 5:00 - SGA office (download here)
Funding meeting: October 14th by 5:00 - Jaggers room

    Diversity Grant Funding

The Student Senate also oversees the Diversity Grant Fund, a sum of money available for the promotion of diversity and multiculturalism. This fund is administered in a rolling fashion throughout the year, and applications are availble in the SGA office in Powell 132 or can be downloaded here.

    Aramark Funding

Aramark Dining Services provides the Student Senate with a sum of money that constitutes the Aramark Grant, which provides funds for student organizations to purchase Aramark food products for their catering needs. This fund is administered in a rolling fashion throughout the year, and applications are available in the SGA office in Powell 132 or can be downloaded here.

    Student Technology Fee Grant Program

In cooperation with EKU IT, the Student Senate awards grants from a portion of the revenue generated by the Student Technology Fee. Applications are made available each year in the fall, and money is awarded every March. This program is open to all areas of the University community. For more information, please call (859) 622-1724 and ask for either the Executive Vice President or the Information and Technology Chair.
