    Chaired by the SGA Vice President for Student Activities, the Student Activites Council (SAC) is the programming branch of SGA.

    SAC plans, produces and staffs dozens of events throughout the year, including major concerts, lectures, comedians, musicians, and a variety of special events. For a complete roster of SAC members, click here.

    Standing Committees of SAC

    • The Special Events Committee

      • Plans special events such as the President's Ball, Halloween Ball, Homecoming events, and Family Weekend activities.

    • The Concerts Committee

      • Oversees major concerts, including logistics, staffing, publicity and ticket sales.

    • The Weekenders Committee

      • Plans and executes monthly events designed to keep students on campus during designated weekends.
